PROGRAM MANAGER & FACILITATOR
Jillian Ferry is an awareness educator that trains universities and organizations globally both in person and virtually. As an awareness educator Jillian trains participants in alcohol and sexual assault awareness as well as mindfulness. Jillian has taught at a multitude of organizations in the US and internationally including Africa and the Amazonian regions of Ecuador. Focusing on bridging the arts and intentional community service, Jillian has educated hundreds of people about their own personal empowerment in innovative ways. An expert on Interactive Mindfulness, Jillian is skilled in bringing theory into practice and mindfulness into the everyday.

Sean Monahan is a co-owner of M.i. Productions (parent company Westside Corporate Creativity) and a Senior Instructor for Business Improvisations who travels the country leading workshops that deal specifically with the intersection of business and improvisation. Sean has taught programs for Duke Fuqua School of Business and UCLA Anderson School of Management, as well as various companies around the world. Sean also has 15+ years of experience in experiential and sustainable marketing, creating programs for such companies as Kraft Foods, Nintendo, SCJohnson, United Airlines, BASF and the Seattle Mariners. Past agency clients include DFCBX, Green Bear Group, 11 Communications Group, Matrex Exhibits and TBA Global. He’s won numerous awards for his creative and strategic marketing programs, including Reggie Awards, Pro Awards, Ex Awards and a Yahoo! Big Idea Chair Award.

She helps companies provide support to their team members through interpersonal communication, public speaking, change management and leadership development. Her expertise is in experiential training methodologies with a particular emphasis on improv as a tool to facilitate change. She is particularly excited about working within organizations that seek to have a growth mindset. Her clients include PricewaterhouseCoopers, Amgen, Lockheed Martin, MERCK, Kaiser Permanente, Westfield Corporate, Cartoon Network, TBS, Luther College, New York Life, Macy's, State Farm, AT Kearney, Starbucks, Edmonds.com, and Gilda’s Club to name a few.
